Since 1989, the French Ministry of Culture has organized events in favor of reading over a weekend every year.

This event is called les Nuits de la Lecture since 2021, and this year it's happening From January 18 to 21, 2024. The theme proposed by the National Book Center is that of the "body", a way of echoing the Olympic Games which will take place in the summer.

The médiathèque organized many events for kids and adults, and as my first mini project, I created a new display called "Le corps en musique" highlighting music and films that on the cover have people moving or danicing ; or albums that have a word "dance" in the title. I tried to put various music: classical, soul, jazz, blues, children music, dance and variété française.

I already listened to Michael Jackson's "Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix". It's my first time listening to the full album of Michael Jackson and I liked it.

I hope people will borrow some of the albums :)
