September 2023 circulation stats are the highest in recent years in the library where I work! Bravo to the team! :)
It's inspiring to collect this data and draw conclusion because I work hard in cataloging so the books are easily searchable, and weeding, so the browsing is easier and the books are up to date and useful to our members. I hope my work is a part of these wonderful results.
We had 1,643 unique borrowers (meaning that each person borrowed at least one book or magazine). It means that approximately 34.83% of members borrowed at least one item.
Items circulated
This is a unique number of items circulated. Some items circulated more than once. We have 2.24% increase in September 2023 comparing to September 2022.
